Loan Servicing Administrator

Job Title: Loan Servicing Administrator Location: Block 23 What you\'ll do: Processes loan transactions, including complex increases, roll-overs, pay-downs, commitment reductions, etc. Preparation/review of loan documents and form in relation to servicing activities. Preparation of interest and fee billings on specialized agency facility loans and commitments Process interest, commitment fees, and investigate discrepancies when necessary. Preparation of GL entries as required. Review various system generated reports to ensure proper monitoring of the facilities. What you\'ll need: High school graduation or GED and 1+ years or more of Financial Services experience related to loan Servicing Operations Loan Agency Servicing experience preferred Strong analytical and reconciliation skills preferred Knowledge of loan products, including Credit Agreements, Guarantees, and Letters of Credit, preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent computer skills, including good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Intermediate knowledge of FIS IBS and CLS (ACBS, FCM, and FTM applications preferred Strong time management/organizational skills preferred Experience in supporting servicing functions for variety of portfolios (both as Agent and Participant) preferred Benefits you\'ll love: We offer all the important things you\'d want - like competitive salaries, an ownership stake in the company, medical and dental insurance, time off, a great 401k matching program, tuition assistance program, an employee volunteer program, and a wellness program.
