Job Description

Direct responsibility for projects, and leading a team in the development of plans and specifications, for commercial, mixed-use, multi-family, residential and other types of projects that include paving, grading, drainage, water lines, sanitary sewers, and other miscellaneous items. Perform drainage design and ICPR modeling. Permit projects through local and state regulatory agencies. Act as a point of contact for clients. Responsible for project management, reporting, and client invoicing. Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering. Registered PE in Georgia. Multiple years of related experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Land/Site development design & project management experience or related exposure. Local design and permitting experience. Experience working on residential, commercial, mixed-use, multi-family or related exposure. Experience working with municipal/government agencies a plus.
