Sales Development Representative

The Role: High Volume. High Intensity. High Reward.We are looking for a strong Sales Development Representative (SDR) who excels in a high-volume outbound environment.You will be fueled by auto-dialer technology, managing a pipeline of prospects. The objective is to break through the noise, qualify healthcare providers, and book Discovery Calls (Discos) for our sales leadership.

What Success Looks Like:

• High-activity mindset, requiring a minimum of 6 hours of daily phone time and focus on high-volume outbound calling. You must be comfortable at multi-channel prospecting, including strategic LinkedIn engagement and occasional in-person networking to build a robust pipeline.
• Top performers are expected to secure 6–8 qualified sets per week. These metrics are the "floor" of the role, and meeting these targets is the primary indicator of your long-term success and growth within the sales organization.
• SDR will not be responsible for managing clients. SDR will hand over closed accounts to Client Success department.
• You should be comfortable with a compensation structure where commission represents at least 40% of your base earnings. The person for this role needs to exceed a $80k total compensation.

Responsibilities

• Use auto-dialer technology and HubSpot to engage with as many healthcare prospects as possible daily.
• Cold call and qualify potential customers to ensure they are a fit for our AI solutions.
• Reach and exceed monthly targets for scheduled Discovery Calls and ensure high attendance rates.
• Maintain pristine data within our CRM (HubSpot), tracking every interaction and managing leads through the early stages of the funnel.
• Work directly under the Director of Business Development to refine scripts, overcome objections, and iterate on campaign success.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a fast-paced, high-activity environment (Dials, door-to-door, or high-velocity SaaS).
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
• Communication: Ability to follow the cadence, command a conversation and build quick rapport with clinical decision-makers.
• A "hunter" mindset with the desire to earn $80k+

Compensation & Benefits

• Total Comp Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000 (Base + Uncapped Commission/Monthly Bonuses).
• High-performers can expect significantly higher earnings based on volume.
