About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Sales to lead and grow its North American retail business. The role focuses on translating market insights into profitable growth, strengthening customer relationships, and expanding sales across retail channels. The successful candidate will lead a small team and collaborate with product development, sourcing, operations, and manufacturing partners. Responsibilities also include managing the business’s financial performance and developing long-term customer and channel partnerships. Candidates should bring substantial sales leadership experience in consumer products or textiles, a strong understanding of the retail landscape, and established relationships with key customers and channels. Experience with off-price retail, distributor partnerships, e-commerce, profit-and-loss management, and offshore manufacturing is required; bedding category experience is an advantage. The ideal candidate is skilled at building teams, developing customer relationships, and working across functions to drive results.
