About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Global Sales & Commercial to oversee company-wide sales performance and commercial strategy across established and emerging revenue channels. The role will own the consolidated revenue plan, sales targets, forecasting, and commercial reviews, while connecting channel performance to shared growth goals. The successful candidate will directly lead the wholesale and global sales organization, develop growth strategies, and identify new markets, partnerships, distribution opportunities, and revenue streams. They will also collaborate with leaders across retail, digital commerce, finance, production, and marketing to align plans, inventory, and commercial initiatives, and provide senior leadership with clear performance insights and recommendations. Candidates should have 12–15 or more years of progressive experience in sales, commercial leadership, wholesale, retail, ecommerce, or general management within a premium consumer business. They should bring experience overseeing multiple revenue channels, a strong understanding of retail, ecommerce, wholesale, and B2B models, and deep expertise leading wholesale teams and distribution partners. Strong P&L, forecasting, budgeting, analytical, executive communication, and relationship-management skills are required. Experience developing international markets is preferred, while familiarity with optical or another specialized wholesale category is an advantage.
