Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Additional customer service, business, or office training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

• 1-3 years of customer service, inside sales, showroom sales, or office experience
• Experience using Microsoft Excel, Access, and email systems
• Strong customer service and sales skills
• Experience handling high-volume phone calls and walk-in customers
• Automotive accessories sales experience is a plus
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment preferred
• Ability to work with a commercial customer base preferred
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check
• Must be able to read, understand, and follow written instructions

Job Duties

• Assist customers with equipment and product sales in the showroom and over the phone
• Provide professional customer service to customers and vendors
• Answer and manage high-volume phone calls
• Support daily office operations and administrative tasks
• Maintain records and communications using company systems
• Assist commercial customers with product solutions
• Support sales initiatives and business growth opportunities

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous customer service, call center, retail, office support, or administrative experience is preferred.
• Experience working with CRM software, order processing systems, or customer databases is beneficial.
• Bilingual communication skills may be considered an asset depending on the position.
• Individuals who demonstrate patience, professionalism, adaptability, and excellent communication skills are well positioned for success as a Customer Service and Sales Representative.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to remain seated or stand for extended periods while assisting customers.
• Frequent use of computers, telephones, and standard office equipment.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers, coworkers, and business partners.
• Ability to perform repetitive keyboard and data entry tasks throughout the workday.
