Project Coordinator ( US Projects )

Responsibilities Work together with the Project Manager/Account Manager to plan and execute projects, ensuring teams have appropriate design and technical specifications and resources to deliver products effectively by establishing realistic estimates for timelines while keeping projects on target to meet deadlines. Collaborate closely with project, production and logistics teams to ensure timely and hassle‑free delivery. Daily reporting and mapping of current pipeline project activities. Report to the Project Manager on project scheduling, updates, delays, resource allocation/availability, and any issues that may impact risk and health of the business. Ensure that proper and thorough technical documentation is captured and made available to the team. Create order forms and ensure on‑time deliveries. Effectively communicate through emails and calls with internal and external stakeholders. Multitask and keep project costs and timelines in control. Keep customers updated on project progress and utilize efficient processes to ensure minimal delays. Maintain flexibility with Indian and U.S. timing. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor’s degree. At least 3 years of experience in project coordination. Strong project management skills, time management, and problem‑solving skills. High command of verbal and written communication. Experience working with international projects, primarily in the U.S. and U.K., is preferred.
