Program Overview Location: Santa Clara, CA (on-site). Duration: June 1 – August 21, 2026. Eligibility: Current MBA candidates graduating 2026 or 2027. Compensation: Competitive MBA-market stipend. Position Overview This role sits at the intersection of product strategy and strategic alliances. You will support Upscale AI’s assessment of key ecosystem players across the AI infrastructure stack, helping inform partner prioritization and engagement strategy. The role will support market synthesis, partner evaluation, and structured decision-making in collaboration with product, engineering, and alliance leaders. Key Responsibilities Currently pursuing an MBA. Undergraduate degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field preferred. Prior experience in technology, or familiarity with AI infrastructure, networking, semiconductors, cloud, or related areas. Analytical and problem-solving skills, with comfort tackling ambiguous strategic questions and turning them into clear recommendations. Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to synthesize technical and business inputs for different audiences. Ability to work across product, engineering, and business teams in a fast-moving environment. Attention to detail, ownership, and follow-through. Compensation (Interns) Intern compensation is based on your current level of education: Bachelor’s (in progress): $20/hour Master’s (in progress): $24/hour Master’s (completed): $28/hour If you have prior relevant experience, we may adjust within these bands to reflect your skills and expected impact.
