Make an impactful difference as a Special Education Teacher supporting students across multiple school sites in the Phoenix and Glendale areas. We are seeking compassionate educators ready to inspire and guide students with diverse learning needs in both full-time and part-time contract roles through the end of May 2027.

Current opportunities include positions in self-contained classrooms for behavior programs, cross-category settings, autism programs (Kindergarten and 2nd grade), special needs preschool, and resource educator roles. Each site offers unique experiences, from shaping early learning in a preschool setting to supporting elementary-age students in cognitive and behavioral growth. Preference is given to candidates with relevant experience—such as expertise in behavior programs or early childhood special ed—and those with CPI certification for behavior programs.

What You’ll Bring:

• Valid Special Education (SPED) Educator Certification
• Current IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card (FP Card)
• Experience supporting students in special education settings; CPI certification preferred for behavior program role
• For Preschool: Early Childhood SPED Certification or strong EC experience
• A passion for fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment
• Strong collaborative, communication, and problem-solving skills

What You’ll Do:

• Provide individualized instruction and support per student IEPs
• Develop lesson plans that accommodate all learning styles and abilities
• Collaborate with general education teachers, specialists, and families
• Establish a safe, positive, and respectful classroom culture
• Maintain accurate records and participate in IEP meetings
