LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a nationally recognized law firm in Tampa's beautiful Hyde Park neighborhood to identify an experienced Commercial Litigation Paralegal .

What You'll Do

• Support complex commercial litigation matters from case inception through trial
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, subpoenas, and deposition materials
• Manage federal and state court filings, including PACER and e-filing
• Coordinate depositions, mediations, experts, and trial preparation
• Create case chronologies, exhibit binders, witness files, and trial notebooks
• Assist with large-scale discovery projects and document management

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of recent commercial litigation experience working in a US law firm as a billing paralegal
• Trial preparation experience required
• Strong federal and state court filing expertise
• Excellent organization, deadline management, and client service skills
• Experience with eDiscovery platforms is a plus
