AP Specialist

LaSalle Network is hiring for an Accounts Payable Specialist with strong Esker experience who thrives in a fast‑paced, detail‑driven environment. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys problem‑solving, vendor communication and owning the invoice lifecycle from start to finish. What’s the job? Process non-PO invoices through Esker (required) Audit and post invoices within ERP systems Investigate discrepancies and resolve vendor issues Manage vendor setup and payment requests Execute payment runs and wire transfers Review and process expense reports in Concur Perform account coding and journal entry verification Support year‑end close activities and reconciliations Communicate with vendors and internal teams Provide backup support across the A/P function What’s needed? 3+ years of Accounts Payable Specialist or accounting experience Hands‑on Esker experience required Proficiency in SAP, Excel and Outlook Experience with Concur and SharePoint is a plus Strong data entry accuracy and efficiency Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage high volume What’s in it for me?
