USA Government Jobs - 1200 Fechteler Road - Responsibilities: Utilizes the Property Management System to access guest information, retrieve reservation information, change or cancel reservations, and register guests.; Verifies registration information, secures a credit card for incidental expenses, and authorizes room charges.; Provides guests with their room key or card and handles guest inquiries about facility amenities and local attractions.; Maintains the front desk and lobby area, logs trouble calls, and prints reports from the PMS (e.g., Expected Arrivals, Departure List, In-House Guest List).; Answers phones, transfers calls, and processes reservations including waitlists or alternative lodging options when spaces are unavailable.
