Onsite Documentation Coordinator

Overview The Five-S Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Onsite Documentation Coordinator to support project documentation and administrative functions for assigned construction projects. This position is responsible for managing project records, maintaining document control, coordinating project communications, and ensuring documentation complies with company standards and contractual requirements. The Onsite Documentation Coordinator works closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, field personnel, subcontractors, clients, and the corporate office to support successful project execution from startup through closeout. This is a full-time position that reports directly to the assigned project site. Responsibilities Manage project records and maintain document control for assigned construction projects. Coordinate project communications and ensure documentation complies with company standards and contractual requirements. Support project execution from startup through closeout by collaborating with Project Managers, Superintendents, field personnel, subcontractors, clients, and the corporate office. Provide administrative support to the project site and ensure timely distribution of documents. Qualifications Detail-oriented with strong organizational and record-keeping skills. Ability to manage multiple documents and adhere to project schedules. Experience with document control systems and construction project documentation is a plus.
