Administrative Assistant

Respond to routine client inquiries, service requests, and follow-up tracking via email and phone. Generate client invoices, process accounts receivable documentation, and log daily payments. Greet office visitors, manage front desk entry, and direct individuals to appropriate internal personnel. Monitor office supply inventories, and place weekly replacement orders. Requirements 1+ years of office administration, administrative support, or customer service experience. Prior U.S. corporate office work experience is preferred but not required. Conversational English language proficiency to handle basic local office inquiries. Business-level Japanese language proficiency to communicate with corporate stakeholders. High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred. 1+ years of experience utilizing Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). #J-18808-Ljbffr
