This position is primarily remote, allowing you to conduct therapy sessions from the comfort of your own home while having access to all necessary tools and resources online. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide a wide range of therapeutic services, including individual, couples, and family therapy, focusing on achieving measurable progress and outcomes tailored to client needs.

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to identify the emotional and relational challenges faced by clients, utilizing these insights to inform therapeutic approaches.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation that meets state regulations and adheres to HIPAA as well as organizational policies, ensuring client confidentiality and data security.

• Participate in weekly team meetings to discuss case management and share insights, while receiving ongoing clinical support and mentorship from experienced colleagues.

• Engage in community outreach initiatives that aim to raise awareness about mental health resources and promote therapy as a valuable resource for those in need.

• Provide crisis intervention and emotional support in urgent situations, implementing evidence-based practices to effectively manage emergencies and support clients during critical times.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population that includes individuals facing various life challenges, families navigating transitions, and couples looking to strengthen their relationships. Our client base may include trauma survivors, individuals dealing with mental health conditions, and families experiencing crises. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy is required.

• Must hold current and valid licensure as an LMFT in the state of Tennessee.

Compensation and Benefits\n
