Senior Business Development Associate

To support a growing team, the full-time Senior Business Development Associate will manage outbound outreach to potential clients, drive demand for Remote Talent services, and ensure a positive client experience in a fully remote environment. Key responsibilities Conducting daily outbound outreach through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn to engage with business owners and decision-makers in the US and Canada Qualifying leads, leading sales meetings, and managing the sales pipeline in the CRM to ensure smooth client onboarding Providing ongoing support to current clients, addressing their needs, and facilitating regular check-ins to enhance client satisfaction Required qualifications 4+ years of experience in B2B business development, sales, or account management with a proven track record Experience in client success or account management, demonstrating the ability to maintain client relationships post-sale Fluent, near-native English proficiency, both spoken and written, suitable for leading sales conversations Self-starter mindset with the ability to manage time and leads independently Availability to work full-time aligned with US Eastern Time (EST) business hours while based in Latin America or Europe
