You serve as a crucial liaison between patients, insurers, and the transplant team.Everyday you will verify insurance, secure pre-authorizations, counsel patients financially, and assist with aid applications. Collaborating with the transplant team and payers, you'll streamline processes and resolve issues, fundamentally reducing financial barriers for transplant candidates.To be succesfful you will need a clear understanding of medical billing and coding.
