Youth Case Manager: Mental Health & Crisis Care
Legacy Treatment Services
Legacy Treatment Services is seeking a dedicated Case Manager in New Jersey to ensure medical needs of youth are met and to train Foster Parents on medication policies. The role collaborates with prescribers and conducts monthly medication monitoring for those on psychotropic medications. The position includes on-call crisis support, coordination with outside agencies, and maintenance of electronic medical records.
