Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Executing thorough patient evaluations, arranging diagnostic tests, and developing individualized care strategies
• Diagnosing and managing acute, episodic, and chronic conditions in partnership with physicians or independently, as permitted
• Instructing patients and their families on preventive care, wellness strategies, and chronic disease management
• Prescribing medications and therapies appropriate to your practice scope
• Engaging in patient follow-ups and managing chronic care protocols
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to guarantee comprehensive, holistic care
• Documenting patient interactions meticulously in electronic medical records (EMR)

Qualifications and Education

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
• Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program

Certifications Required

• Active Nurse Practitioner licensure in Colorado
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP, or ANCC) or an equivalent specialty credential
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
