VP of Finance

I’m partnering with a growing organization that is looking to add a Vice President of Finance to its leadership team.This is a highly strategic role for a finance executive who enjoys partnering closely with the CEO and executive leadership team to drive financial strategy, business performance, profitability, and long-term growth. The VP of Finance will lead key areas including FP&A, budgeting and forecasting, KPI management, cash flow planning, board reporting, M&A support, and cross-functional decision support. The ideal candidate will bring strong business acumen, executive presence, and the ability to translate financial data into meaningful insights that help guide strategic decisions. This person will serve as a trusted advisor across the organization and play a key role in improving visibility, accountability, and overall business performance. Ideal background includes:12 years of progressive finance leadership experienceStrong FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic finance experienceExperience supporting executive leadership, boards, and/or PE stakeholdersM&A, transaction advisory, or integration experience preferredProfessional services, consulting, or PE-backed company experience is required.CPA is requiredSalary range between $235k-$285k DOE This role is 5 days onsite in Scottsdale, AZDetermining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
