We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with a passion for problem‑solving to join a specialized team dedicated to optimizing client relationships and ensuring fair, consistent pricing. In this pivotal role, you will analyze financial data, craft tailored solutions, and collaborate with diverse internal partners to make strategic pricing decisions that balance client needs with business objectives. This position requires working onsite four days per week. Key Responsibilities Administer pricing reviews and approvals for financial services including commissions, margin, asset‑based fees, cash awards, and alternative investment custody. Gather and interpret client financial and behavioral data, conducting profitability analysis using internal models to inform pricing decisions. Construct complex, bespoke pricing packages for high‑value clients and prospects. Engage frequently with leadership to discuss pricing strategies and elevate complex requests for exception approval. Collaborate across client service, managed investing, branch network, finance, client acquisition, marketing, and operations. Educate and provide guidance to field partners on client profitability, market competition, and positioning offers to clients. Act as the primary point of escalation for pricing requests exceeding field empowerment guidelines. What You’ll Bring 3+ years of experience in the brokerage or financial services industry. Active Series 7 and Series 63 licenses. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage competing demands in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment. Strong critical thinking, negotiation, and decision‑making skills to resolve complex pricing inquiries. Effective communication skills with the ability to interact with and influence all levels of the organization, including legal, compliance, and senior leadership. Technical Skills Hands‑on experience conducting profitability analysis and using pricing or financial models. Bonus Points Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
