Complete Fence is growing, and we're looking for an experienced in-home sales professional to join our team. If you've been successful selling roofing, windows, HVAC, remodeling, gutters, or other home improvement services, you'll feel right at home here.

This is not a cold-calling role. We provide qualified appointments, proven products, and the support you need to succeed. Your focus is meeting with homeowners, understanding their needs, presenting solutions, and helping them move forward with confidence.

• Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners throughout the Sioux Falls region
• Measure properties and evaluate project requirements
• Educate customers on fencing options and solutions
• Present Good / Better / Best recommendations based on customer needs
• Build trust and create an outstanding customer experience
• Prepare and deliver estimates using company systems and technology
• Follow up with prospects and maintain an active sales pipeline
• Ask for the sale and confidently guide customers through the decision process
• Maintain accurate notes and activity within our CRM
• Generate referrals and positive customer reviews

This position serves homeowners within approximately 60 miles of Sioux Falls, including communities such as Brandon, Harrisburg, Tea, Hartford, Lennox, Canton, and surrounding areas.

• Proven success in outside sales or in-home sales
• Experience in roofing, remodeling, windows, HVAC, gutters, siding, fencing, or related industries is strongly preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to present value and sell solutions rather than compete on price
• Comfortable using technology and CRM software
• Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Fence experience is not required. We can teach fencing. We are looking for someone who already knows how to build trust, communicate value, and close business.

• Monday through Friday
• Some evening and occasional weekend appointments as needed to accommodate homeowner schedules

Unlike many home improvement industries, homeowners often have a clear need and timeline when shopping for a fence. Sales cycles are shorter, projects move quickly, and you'll spend more time helping customers and less time chasing leads.
