Aurum is selecting ambitious college students and recent graduates for its Business Management Training Program—a structured development experience designed to prepare emerging talent for careers in sales leadership.

Begin by learning to sell. Build the judgment to run a store. Develop the ability to coach a team. Earn the opportunity to lead.

As Aurum expands its retail presence, we are developing professionals who can grow into Store Leads, Associate Directors, Market Directors, and future regional leadership positions. This program provides a defined starting point for that progression, with practical experience, direct coaching, and responsibility that grows with your performance.

The role begins in direct customer sales. You will represent major national service providers inside established retail locations, learn to identify customer needs, recommend solutions, and deliver measurable results. As your proficiency develops, you will begin learning the operations and leadership responsibilities behind a successful sales team.

Your development will progress through four stages:

1. Business Foundations
   Learn Aurum’s business model, professional standards, customer experience expectations, reporting systems, and leadership approach. Develop an understanding of how individual sales performance contributes to store results and business growth.
2. Sales Certification
   Build proficiency in customer engagement, needs discovery, presenting solutions, handling objections, closing, and follow-up. Receive coaching on your approach, strengthen your communication skills, and demonstrate consistent execution in the field.
3. Sales and Store Operations
   Work alongside Store Leads to learn scheduling, opening and closing procedures, performance reporting, customer resolution, compliance, and retail partner relationships. Begin connecting daily activity with team productivity, customer quality, and store profitability.
4. Leadership Development
   Take on increasing responsibility for coaching newer representatives, supporting interviews, assisting with training, and reviewing performance. Complete a final leadership assessment or field assignment to demonstrate your readiness for greater responsibility.

Throughout the program, you will develop practical skills in sales, recruiting, employee development, workforce coordination, business reporting, and problem-solving. You will learn how to communicate expectations, recognize performance gaps, deliver useful feedback, and help a team improve.

Aurum will provide structured training, direct coaching, exposure to company leadership, and opportunities to apply what you learn in an operating business. Your progress will be assessed through sales results, professionalism, customer quality, sound judgment, and your ability to support others.

The position requires commitment. You will maintain a full-time schedule, including evenings and weekends, work toward defined performance expectations, and take ownership of your development. Successful trainees apply feedback quickly, remain consistent through challenges, and demonstrate that they can be trusted with increasing responsibility.

Applicants must meet one of the following requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a college or university program, with availability to meet the position’s full-time schedule.
• Have graduated from a college or university.

Previous sales experience is helpful, but training is provided. Experience in athletics, student organizations, campus employment, hospitality, fundraising, military service, or other demanding environments can provide a strong foundation.

Candidates who complete the program, meet graduation standards, and demonstrate leadership readiness will receive priority consideration for available leadership assignments. Advancement depends on performance, readiness, and business opportunities.
