Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Dayton Metropolitan Area. As an Outpatient Mental Health Therapist, you will provide individual, group, and family therapy, develop treatment plans, and assist clients in improving their mental health and well-being. You will collaborate with clients to assess needs, implement appropriate interventions, and ensure comprehensive case management. Your contributions will play a key role in supporting individuals experiencing mental health challenges in their journey toward recovery. Qualifications Proven experience in Treatment Planning and Case Management Professional expertise in Social Work and providing Mental Health support Experience in Family Therapy and offering client-centered care Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with clients and interdisciplinary teams State-licensed clinical credentials (LPC, LPCC, LSW, LISW, or related license) required Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field Knowledge of local community resources and best practices in mental health and substance abuse treatment #J-18808-Ljbffr
