Description - Your Role Awaits

• Conduct routine and sophisticated clinical laboratory tests-including chemistry, hematology, and immunology-adhering to strict protocols.
• Ensure accuracy of results, diagnose anomalies, and handle preventative maintenance and calibration for laboratory equipment.
• Assist with sample collection and prepare specimens for various tests as needed.
• Meticulously document all procedures, participate in training new employees or interns, and maintain high laboratory quality standards.
• Uphold a safe and clean work environment while complying with regulatory standards and accreditation requirements.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree coupled with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be acquired within one year of hire.
• Ongoing maintenance of current certification throughout your employment.
