As a Relationship Banker Business Specialist within PNC's Retail Branch organization, you will be based in Woodbridge, VA. Job Description Acquire and expand share of wallet for Consumer and Business Banking opportunities under $2,000,000 in sales revenue. Achieve business results through leadership and productive collaboration with ecosystem partners. Lead proactive lead generation and appointments inside and outside of the branch. Deliver a differentiated client experience from acquisition through onboarding and servicing. Manage and grow Business Banking relationships under $2,000,000 in sales revenue; translate client information into actionable sales strategy and tactics. Generate quality referrals to ecosystem partners and leverage tools and protocols to maximize business results. Develop ecosystem leadership inside and outside the branch as a COI, working with partners such as PNCWM, PNC Private Bank, Business Banking and Mortgage, and introduce clients as appropriate. Hold partners accountable for routine updates and referral follow‑up. Provide exceptional client hospitality and well‑being through advanced conversation skills and tailored solutions across deposits, lending, cash management, payments, and investing. Resolve client problems courteously and urgently, escalating when necessary, acting as an advocate across product, support, operations and other departments, identifying trends and unique client needs. Assist branch team in identifying consumer and business banking opportunities to generate referrals and follow up on independent opportunities to expand share of wallet. Create client loyalty and grow share of wallet through a differentiated experience. Engage clients in the lobby to connect and position PNC products, educate on financial transaction options, and leverage technology and resources. Apply product and procedural knowledge to mitigate and solve customer problems, driving loyalty. Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits and heightened scrutiny to avoid loss. Participate in branch daily operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy. Certifications: No required certification(s). Licenses: None required. Pay & Incentives Base salary: $63,000.00 – $105,000.00. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible; payment is based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
