We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) methodology, specifically as a Product Owner/Product Manager. This role is critical in driving product strategy, defining product vision, and ensuring alignment with business objectives while delivering exceptional value to our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the product management lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with the companys strategic goals.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to define product requirements and prioritize features.
• Utilize SAFe principles to manage product backlogs, define user stories, and ensure timely delivery of product increments.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities for product enhancements.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and validate product concepts, ensuring customer needs are met.
• Monitor product performance and user engagement metrics, making data driven decisions to optimize product offerings.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Mentor and guide junior product team members, promoting best practices in product management.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong knowledge and experience as a SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager.
• Proven track record of managing complex products in an Agile environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with a data driven approach to decision making.
• Experience with product management tools and methodologies.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in leading cross functional teams in a fast paced environment.
• Familiarity with UX/UI principles and best practices.
• Knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to our product space.
• Experience with customer journey mapping and user experience research.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 10-15 years of experience in product management, with a focus on Agile methodologies.
• SAFe certification (SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager) is a must.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
