Strategic HR & Payroll Manager (Paycom Expert)

Bronx House is seeking an experienced Human Resources & Payroll Manager to lead HR operations and oversee semi-monthly payroll using Paycom. You will manage recruitment, onboarding, benefits, pension reporting, compliance, and employee relations. In this role you will ensure accurate payroll processing, maintain HRIS records, and support a diverse workforce across a nonprofit environment.
