URGENT HIRING: Accounting Specialist | Torrance, CA
We’re looking for an experienced Accounting Specialist to join an urgent project in Torrance, CA .
- Monday - Friday
- Hours: 8am to 5pm
- Pay rate: $28.00 - $32.00
- Location: Torrance, CA. / Remote - must be able to come to office if requested.
Must-Have Skills
- QuickBooks — REQUIRED
- Excel, Pivot tables/Vlookups — REQUIRED
- Experience setting up, merging, and consolidating QuickBooks accounts
- Strong knowledge of general accounting
- Ability to prepare standard and adjusting journal entries
- Experience with account reconciliations
- Experience reviewing expense reports and credit card transactions
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred
- Bill.com (BILL) experience
- Experience with accounting system integration/consolidation project
