They are seeking an Associate Operations Coordinator to support daily transportation operations by coordinating shipments, maintaining accurate data, and delivering exceptional service to customers and carrier partners.

The Associate Operations Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring the smooth movement of freight while supporting operational excellence and customer satisfaction. Job Description
As an Associate Operations Coordinator, you will support transportation and logistics operations by managing shipment-related activities and ensuring accurate, timely communication with customers and carriers.
Key Responsibilities:

• Process operational tasks in accordance with company policies, procedures, and standard operating practices.
• Create and manage transportation orders and shipment records.
• Activate and assign loads to carriers while supporting load-building activities.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate shipment timelines.
• Track and trace shipments to ensure on-time movement and delivery.
• Enter shipment milestones, events, and invoicing information into company systems.
• Monitor task queues and shared email inboxes to respond promptly to customer and carrier inquiries.
• Document shipment events accurately and follow escalation procedures when issues arise.
• Follow through on customer and carrier requests to ensure a high level of service and satisfaction.
• Validate and maintain accurate load and shipment data in internal systems.
• Escalate operational concerns or exceptions to the appropriate teams when needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support business and operational needs.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Previous customer service experience in a call center, logistics, transportation, or similar environment.
• Demonstrated time management, organization, and prioritization skills.
• Prior experience in a role requiring high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience working in a diverse and inclusive workplace.
• Interest in transportation, logistics, supply chain, or operations coordination.
