Front Desk Team Lead

Providing lead support to the Front Desk team, the full-time Front Desk Team Lead will manage workflow coordination, oversee daily operations, and ensure high levels of customer service while performing check-in, check-out, and insurance verification duties. Key responsibilities Oversee team performance and manage daily work volume, providing coaching and input for performance evaluations Coordinate with other departments to address special requests, process changes, and workflow issues Act as the point of contact for escalated client issues, ensuring adherence to operational excellence and client satisfaction standards Required qualifications Two to four years of experience in a relevant functional area Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet applications Experience with insurance verification processes and medical office procedures Ability to train team members on current and revised processes Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects while meeting department timelines
