What You'll Do
- Oversee kitchen operations during service and execute tickets accurately
- Train, coach, and manage kitchen staff to meet service standards
- Maintain food quality, consistency, and plating excellence
- Manage food inventory, ordering, and kitchen supplies
- Collaborate with Head Chef on menu development and kitchen innovation
What We're Looking For
- Proven Sous Chef or Senior Line Cook with 5+ years experience
- Expertise in polished casual dining or full-service restaurant operations
- Natural leadership ability with strong communication and staff development skills
- Mastery of fundamental cooking techniques and food safety standards
- Passion for culinary excellence and commitment to team success
