Job Description As a Security Officer Security Clearance Access Verification in Fort Worth, TX , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct access control activities, help to deter incidents through a visible presence, and provide professional customer service and communication. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $21.75 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon02:00 PM - 10:00 PMTue02:00 PM - 10:00 PMWed02:00 PM - 10:00 PMThur02:00 PM - 10:00 PMFri02:00 PM - 10:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location. Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, facilities, parking areas, and perimeter boundaries, reporting unusual conditions or policy violations. Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, helping to deter unauthorized entry and protect sensitive operations. Complete required reports, maintain accurate activity logs, and communicate observations to site leadership and Allied Universal management. Minimum Requirements: Have at least 1 year of security-related experience. Possess an active DoD Secret Clearance. Be comfortable using a computer or tablet, preferred. Have access control/badge experience, preferred. Hold CPR certification, preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
