Contracts Attorney- Temporary

Adams & Martin Group is seeking a Contracts Attorney to support a busy corporation. This is a fully remote, temporary postion that is anticipated to last 6+ months.

Responsiblities :

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, including MSAs, SOWs, vendor, and customer agreements
• Identify legal and business risks and recommend strategies to mitigate exposure
• Advise internal stakeholders on contract terms, obligations, and compliance requirements
• Manage contract lifecycle, including tracking key dates, deliverables, and renewals
• Develop and maintain contract templates and playbooks to ensure consistency
• Collaborate with legal, finance, procurement, and sales teams on deal structuring

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor degree
• 4-10 years of experience in contract lifecycle management
• Skilled in drafting and negotiating various agreements
• Technology transacation experience
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to manage a heavy workload in a multi-task environment with minimal supervision
