Key Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and develop care plans
• Administer medications and treatments
• Monitor and interpret diagnostic results
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams
• Educate patients and families
• Maintain accurate documentation
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 1 year RN experience
• Education: Graduate of accredited nursing program
• License: Active California RN license (required)
• Certification: CPR required

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Pay: $48.11 – $68.59
• Sign-On Bonus: $7,500

Work Schedule

• Shift: Nights
• Hours: 3 shifts/week (12-hour shifts)
• Typical Schedule: ~36 hours/week
• Holidays: Not required
