Its AI platform is a single, secure, workflow-driven system for the full contracting lifecycle — from opportunity discovery and capture through proposal execution, award, and post-award operations. In 2025, its customers won more than $5B in government contracts, and the company has raised significantly to scale product and grow nationwide. The team includes engineers from marquee tech and defense companies alongside veteran proposal managers and capture leaders.

The RoleA full-stack product-engineering role where you own features end to end across frontend and backend systems, work directly with customers to understand their problems, ship frequently, and set technical direction within your product area.
Tech stack: TypeScript (non-negotiable — the two-day live work trial is built entirely in it), Node.js, React, Next.js; Temporal a plus.
Requirements- NY-based, on-site, and a US person who can legally handle ITAR/federal data
- 2–6 years of professional software engineering, ideally startup-heavy with a founding or early-stage background followed by a Series A/B
- A strong full-stack engineer comfortable across React/Next.js frontends and Node.js backend service APIs, with TypeScript as a hard requirement
- Owns features end to end with real autonomy — can take a fuzzy customer problem and scope and ship it without hand-holding
- A product-minded, customer-facing engineer who obsesses over usability and builds interfaces that help users trust AI-powered workflows
- Sound engineering judgment, solid architectural instincts, and a strong GitHub contribution history
- Exceptional GitHub activity (3,000–5,000 contributions/year pre-2024)
- Experience building AI-powered or LLM-enabled product features
- Experience with government contracting or public-sector software
- Experience with complex integrations and syncing with external systems
- A founding-engineer or early-stage startup background
- An ex-athlete (especially D1 level)
- End-to-end ownership, no PMs: engineering runs without product managers — technical leads work directly with customers and own technical direction
- Real traction in a hard market: customers won $5B+ in government contracts in 2025
- Mission with weight: mission-critical AI workflows for government contractors, built by a talent-dense team
