Founding Product Engineer

Base Pay Range $150,000.00/yr - $190,000.00/yr Overview Interfere is building the self‑healing layer of the internet: software that detects issues, diagnoses root causes, and ships fixes before anyone notices something’s broken. The goal is to empower founders, product managers, and designers to understand how the product they’re building actually works in the real world. Software runs civilization. Role As a Founding Engineer you will own end‑to‑end features that allow the greatest teams to iterate upon their products. You’ll architect and ship foundational systems powering our proprietary data pipeline and interfaces that push the boundaries of what’s possible. Responsibilities Depth over breadth – dive deep into problems, finding elegant solutions where others accept complexity. Craft at velocity – ship exceptional work quickly without compromising on quality that matters. Ownership without borders – take responsibility for anything that helps Interfere become exceptional. What You’ll Build Core detection and diagnosis systems that understand codebases at scale. Developer‑facing interfaces that make complex systems feel intuitive. Infrastructure that ships fixes autonomously and safely. APIs and integrations that meet developers where they are. Nice to Have Experience with developer tools, observability platforms, or infrastructure. Deep knowledge of TypeScript/Node.js, React, or distributed systems. Track record of being on a team that shipped products developers love.
