Personal Injury Associate Attorney

Job Overview A law firm seeks an experienced Personal Injury Associate Attorney in Memphis, Tennessee. The successful candidate will collaborate with trial attorneys, providing essential support throughout the litigation process. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop litigation skills and become a well‑rounded litigator. Duties Provide legal support to clients and trial attorneys. Maintain client relationships. Prepare demands and manage cases pre‑suit. Draft legal reports and documents. Interact with expert witnesses, including drafting reports and affidavits. Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances. Collaborate with litigation paralegals and case managers. Requirements Law degree from an accredited law school. Active member in good standing with the TN State Bar Association. 1+ years of litigation experience, personal injury preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Interest in personal injury law. Self‑starter driven by long‑term career goals. Superior writing and oral advocacy skills. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Licensed to practice law in Tennessee. Skills Excellent legal research and writing skills. Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
