Store Manager – Print & Administrative Operations

We are looking for a highly organized, motivated Store Manager to oversee the day-to-day operation of a busy retail service center while taking ownership of our print and administrative operations.

This is not a traditional retail manager position where the primary responsibility is simply supervising the front counter. We are looking for someone who can  run the store, manage people, stay on top of administrative responsibilities, and make sure things get done without needing constant direction.

The right person will be comfortable switching between managing employees, assisting customers, overseeing print orders, following up on outstanding items, reviewing operational reports, and handling administrative projects.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee the overall day-to-day operation of the store
• Lead, support, and hold employees accountable to expectations
• Oversee employee training and development
• Handle customer issues and operational concerns as they arise
• Manage print orders from intake through production and completion
• Assist with print file setup, finishing, and light design work
• Prepare print quotes and invoices and follow up with customers
• Track outstanding print proofs, quotes, payments, and completed orders
• Monitor operational and administrative task boards for accuracy and completion
• Review daily emails and identify items requiring action or follow-up
• Oversee mailbox administration and related follow-up
• Monitor inventory and coordinate supply ordering
• Review end-of-day reporting and operational checklists
• Complete administrative projects and assist Operations leadership as needed
• Identify problems, take action, and communicate solutions to leadership

Print or graphic design experience is a plus, but strong organizational skills, leadership ability, and a willingness to learn are equally important.
