Project Manager

Requirements of the role:

Drive planning, execution and tracking of all project deliverables.

Coordinate the work of internal (stakeholders and consultants) and external participants (vendors) to ensure successful completion of the projects.

Responsible for managing the development and implementation of the project that require collaboration and coordination with various divisions within the organization as well as other projects. Manage project to successful completion ensuring that projects meet schedule, scope, cost and quality requirements as determined in the planning stages.

Lead the project resources throughout the lifecycle of the project, ensuring collaboration at the appropriate levels.

Define roles and resources needed, assign responsibilities, negotiating to find skills needed.

Communicate with project sponsors, program manager, change manager and stakeholders in all stages of the project through regular written and verbal communications to keep them updated on the progress and aware of next steps; provide project updates in front of large groups, including Senior Management.

Collaborate with the other BPSI project managers and BPSI Program manager to identify how the EAM project will impact other projects.

Extensive Vendor Management: Ability to review vendor's responsibilities per the SoW/contract and hold the vendor accountable. Negotiate with the vendor for new/change requests. Actively manage risks resulting from vendors interaction. Promote active communication and collaboration between the vendor and our org. Develop and administer the project budget in collaboration with the program managers and project sponsors.

Program Management Professional (PgMP)

Demonstrated experience leading very large projects with cross-matrix and/or cross functional teams.

Demonstrated experience working with large ($30 million) Enterprise Asset Management projects or other similar projects.

Ability to work with various methodologies such as Agile, waterfall and hybrid methodologies.

Minimum Qualification:

Bachelor's or master's degree in information technology, or a related field

10+ years of experience in Sr. Project Management and/or program management, with a proven track record of managing large ($20+ Million budget), complex, multi-disciplinary projects

Experience leading high-budget, high-stake complex initiatives in organizations undergoing significant transformation

Experience working on an initiative that is part of a larger program

Prior experience working with cross-functional teams (software engineering, infrastructure, security, Data, etc.)

Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies with the ability to tailor approaches based on project needs

Understanding of change management processes, driving transformation initiatives while ensuring successful adoption by all involved parties. Have worked with Change Manager (OCM).

Demonstrated experience working on Enterprise Asset Management projects and/or programs.

Certification(s) Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification preferred/not required Project Management Profession (PMP)

Strong business acumen with the ability to align project / program objectives with broader organizational goals

Adept at managing and balancing the triple constraints (scope, cost, and time) while ensuring value delivery to the business

Ability to manage project that span cross functional business, IT teams and vendor teams, diverse geographies, and time zones

Experience with vendor management, managing third-party dependencies, and ensuring successful delivery from external partners

In-depth understanding of the broader industry landscape and emerging trends, allowing for informed decisions that position the project and program for long-term success

Proactively identify, assess, and manage project/program risks and issues through mitigation planning

Develop and deliver multi-mode communications that concisely convey a clear understanding of the message to different audiences.

Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present complex program updates, risks, and strategies to C-suite executives and other senior leadership

Skilled in managing stakeholder expectations, ensuring clarity on program goals, risks, issues, and status updates

Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across different levels and functions of the organization

Expertise in creating clear documentation such as project plans, risk assessments, status reports, and executive dashboards

Ability to adapt communication style based on the audiencewhether technical teams, business stakeholders, or external partners
