We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Field Service Representative (FSR) to support our hospital partners by delivering, setting up, servicing, and retrieving specialty rental medical equipment. This hands-on role combines driving, equipment maintenance, customer service, and operational support in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

The FSR plays a critical role in ensuring medical equipment is delivered safely, maintained to the highest standards, and ready to support patient care.

Schedule: Wednesday - Sunday, or MondayFriday, 8:00 pm 5:00 am w/ Rotating Weekend Coverage

What You'll Do

• Safely operate a 28-foot box truck and travel approximately 10250 miles per day.
• Deliver, set up, service, and retrieve specialty medical equipment at hospital locations.
• Coordinate daily routes and assignments with Central Dispatch.
• Provide professional and responsive customer service to hospital staff and clinical teams.
• Assist customers with basic equipment operation and functionality.
• Clean, disinfect, inspect, test, and prepare equipment for patient use in accordance with company standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic equipment issues.
• Complete required documentation, reporting, and communication using company software, mobile devices, and email.
• Maintain compliance with all company safety, quality, and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with Operations Managers, Supervisors, Dispatch, and fellow team members to support customer needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support overall team success.

What You'll Bring

Required Qualifications

Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screening.

Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and effectively manage time and priorities.

Basic computer skills, including the ability to use email, mobile applications, and company software.

Authorization to work in the United States.

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn medical equipment operation and maintenance.

Ability to maintain professionalism when interacting with hospital staff and customers.

Flexibility to participate in rotating weekend coverage and occasional schedule adjustments based on business needs.

Physical & Work Environment Requirements

Ability to lift and move equipment weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Ability to push, pull, and maneuver specialty medical equipment and beds weighing up to 1,000 pounds using approved tools and equipment.

Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Ability to safely operate company vehicles and work in hospital, warehouse, and customer environments.

Ability to travel locally throughout the assigned service area.
