Qualifications EMT, AEMT, Paramedic, Military Medic, or equivalent Licensed Vocational Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse Additional in‑house training: Emergency Medical Responder, X‑Ray Technician, Phlebotomist, Medical Assistant, Certified Nursing Assistant Minimum Qualifications At least 18 years of age Insurable by our motor vehicle insurance policy (minimum 3 years driving history or documented defensive driving training; no severe driving record “hits”) Pass a criminal background check (as permitted by law) Pass a pre‑employment drug screen and maintain compliance with drug testing policy requirements Additional Notes Field Technicians must be excellent communicators, comfortable with public speaking, and able to articulate instructions clearly. Comfortable standing, walking, sitting, and climbing stairs for extended periods. Willingness to operate a motor vehicle for extended periods and long distances is essential. Salary Information $20 – $25 per hour Disclaimer On‑Site Health & Safety conducts an extensive background check, which includes a motor vehicle driver’s license check. The insurance company and internal safety department review MVR records to determine if an applicant will be granted fleet driving privileges based on risk factors, including previous negative “hits” on an MVR check such as excessive moving violations, DUIs, reckless driving, etc. The search also considers a driver’s driving age/history. Applicants must meet the minimum requirements above to apply. Offers of employment are contingent upon the successful outcome of a pre‑employment background check and drug screen. Employees may have access to federally funded or owned job sites/projects and are subject to drug testing consistent with federal compliance. Some employees may be classified as having safety‑sensitive positions—Field Personnel, including Technicians, Supervisors, Managers, Field Training Specialists, and any variation.
