Test Manager

We have an outstanding Contract position for aTest Managerto join a leading Company located in theHuntsville, ALsurrounding area. US Citizenship is required. Candidate must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance. Job Responsibilities Helps lead the team in developing hardware-in-the-loop test system designs, working from concepts created by our industry partners and maturing them to manufacturable solutions that are delivered on time. Must be able to manage a team of engineers and technicians engineering electrical interconnects for the hardware-in-the-loop design system while providing clear direction, coaching, and mentoring under the direction of the chief engineers and program management team. Creates and sustains a positive collaborative environment where designs are properly reviewed, status is maintained, and designs meet requirements for both performance and schedule. Work will be done in both an office environment and a lab environment , with some lab work being performed in a closed space. Basic Hiring Criteria Bachelor's degree. Build test systems previously. AGILE/Scrum. JIRA. Hardware-in-the-loop. Components Testing. Leading technical teams. Military connected talent encouraged to apply.
