RCM Implementation Manager

Leading the onboarding of new practice partners, the full-time Revenue Cycle Management Implementation and Optimization Manager will drive continuous improvement in revenue cycle operations and manage strategic projects, working remotely with a focus on enhancing workflow efficiency and performance metrics. Key responsibilities Collaborate on end-to-end revenue cycle implementations and maintain standardized playbooks and timelines Conduct assessments of existing revenue cycle performance and develop optimization plans for improvement Build relationships with practice administrators and serve as a trusted advisor on revenue cycle strategy Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in revenue cycle management or healthcare operations, preferably in cardiology Demonstrated experience leading revenue cycle implementations in multi-site environments Proficiency with athenaOne and working knowledge of revenue cycle functions Experience with cardiology billing, including cardiac imaging and interventional procedures Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
