We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join a fast-moving team in Palo Alto, California on a Contract basis. This position will play an important role in creating a smooth and organized hiring experience by coordinating interviews, supporting recruiting operations, and keeping processes on track. The ideal candidate brings strong attention to detail, sound judgment when balancing competing priorities, and the flexibility to adapt quickly in a high-volume startup environment.

Responsibilities:
• Organize interview calendars and arrange candidate scheduling details to ensure a seamless experience for applicants and interview teams.
• Provide day-to-day administrative support across the hiring lifecycle, helping recruiters and hiring managers stay aligned on next steps.
• Maintain recruiting workflows and candidate records within Ashby to support accurate tracking and timely communication.
• Coordinate logistics for virtual meetings and interview sessions using Google Meet and related scheduling tools.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to manage shifting priorities and keep hiring activity moving efficiently.
• Monitor recruiting activity across multiple openings and help resolve scheduling conflicts or process bottlenecks quickly.• At least 2 years of experience in recruiting coordination, recruiting operations, or a related talent support function.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize effectively and stay organized while managing a high volume of activity.
• Experience working with applicant tracking systems, including Ashby or similar platforms.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, including calendar management, documents, and virtual meeting tools.
• Ability to adjust quickly in a fast-paced startup or similarly dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with interview scheduling, candidate logistics, and broader recruiting process support.
• Strong communication skills and a dependable, detail-oriented approach to execution.
