Outpatient Physical Therapist

Pro-Health Physical Therapy |  Redondo Beach, CA

Pro-Health Physical Therapy is hiring an outpatient physical therapist to join our orthopedic clinic in Redondo Beach. We provide hands-on, individualized orthopedic care with an emphasis on manual therapy and continuity of treatment across each patient’s full plan of care.

We’re a clinic specializing in orthopedic rehabilitation, neck and back care, and sports therapy. We’re looking for a clinician who values clinical autonomy, a stable team environment, and the depth of practice that outpatient ortho allows. Both experienced PTs and new graduates are encouraged to apply.

The Work

• Outpatient orthopedic caseload at one hour for evaluation and 30 min for follow up visits
• Manual therapy and skilled interventions as a primary mode of care
• Individualized treatment plans developed with full clinical autonomy
• Regular case discussions with our clinical team

• Single-location practice — no driving between visits
• Established patient relationships across the full course of treatment
• Collegial team focused on clinical development
• Redondo Beach location with parking and walkable amenities nearby

Compensation and Benefits

• $50–$55/hour base [+ per-visit bonus structure, if applicable]

• annual CEU stipend, plus paid California license and BLS renewal
• Support for advanced certifications (OCS, dry needling, Graston, vestibular, and others)
• Structured mentorship and case review with senior clinicians — particularly valuable for early-career PTs

Qualifications

• DPT or MPT degree with active California physical therapist license (or license-eligible)
• Outpatient orthopedic experience is a plus; new graduates with strong manual therapy training and relevant clinical rotations are equally welcome to apply
• Solid clinical reasoning and patient-centered communication
