Interim Property Accountant (CONTRACT)

Compensation: $45-$55/hr

Duration : 6 months
Hybrid - 3 days onsite (Tue/Wed/Thurs)

The Role

The property accountant will have experience in out-patient medical accounting. This person will be responsible for 15 properties.
Joining 7 current employees on the team reporting to the outpatient medical accountant

Job Requirements:

• CAM Recs experience
• Required Review AR and AP, audit schedule, monitoring balances, collaborative environment
• Publicly traded Healthcare REIT
• Commercial property accounting experience
• Lease accounting
• Month end close, CAM reconciliation, reading interpreting commercial leases,
• Hospitality or Retail background preferred
• System: YARDI or MRI experience – is a requirement, Excel
• Manage multiple properties and tasks
• detail oriented - “no such thing as that is not in my job description”
• Experience with CAM recs need to be in resume
