Pride health is actively hiring a Registered Nurse to join our client's home healthprogram in a growing care team serving patients .

Compensation:

• Local Pay: $53.00 to $58.00/hour (W-2)

• Travel Pay: $2,400 to $2,550 gross per week

  (Can work as a Traveler if your home location is more than 50 miles away from Aberdeen, WA. Almost half of the pay package will be non-taxable and will be paid as stipend. You will be making almost $300 to $400/week more as compared to a local contractor as half of the pay is non-taxable.)

• Mileage Reimbursement: $0.51/mile (from first patient to last patient)

Weekly Hour Guarantee: 40

Shift schedule (days, start & end times): Days 08:00 AM - 04:30 PM

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive Start of Care (SOC), Recertification, Resumption of Care (ROC), and patient evaluations , develop individualized care plans, and provide skilled nursing visits to patients in their homes within a 60-mile service area while ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Accurately document all patient assessments and interventions in Homecare Homebase (HCHB) , coordinate care with physicians and the interdisciplinary team, provide wound care and patient education, and maintain compliance with agency, state, and Medicare home health regulations.

Type of certification required: CPR, RN License and Driver's License.
