Project Manager Associate

Working remotely, the full-time Associate Project Manager will provide advanced administrative support for commercial real estate projects, assist with project planning and vendor management, and facilitate communication among project teams. Key responsibilities Assist Pre-Construction Manager with project administration, including progress tracking and reporting Prepare and process client funding requests and vendor proposals with support from the Project Manager Collaborate with the project team to track agreements and key dates, ensuring alignment with the project schedule Required qualifications Bachelor's degree (BA/BS/BEng/BArch) or equivalent related experience PMP and LEED AP certifications preferred Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with architectural drawings Working knowledge of MS Project and understanding of leases, contracts, and construction practices preferred
