How You Stand Out:
- Experience:
- Sales experience is a big plus, especially phone-based or inside sales!
- HVAC or home services experience preferred but not required. We value fast learners ready to grow.

Your Role In Action:
- Lead Conversion: Follow up with existing leads and turn opportunities into closed sales.
- Estimate Sales: Present and sell service and installation estimates over the phone, ensuring every job has an estimate completed and presented.
- Technician Support: Handle call flips from in-field technicians and help close opportunities in real time.
- Membership Sales: Grow our customer base by selling HVAC maintenance memberships.
- Happy Calls: Connect with recent customers to ensure satisfaction and uncover additional sales opportunities.
- Customer Retention: Prevent cancellations through proactive communication and save install jobs at risk of canceling.
- Reputation Building: Request and generate Google reviews from satisfied customers.
- Relationship Building: Drive revenue through consistent follow-up and lasting customer relationships.
